    3. Track your order online


    An email will be sent to you when we receive your order and again when your order is ready for shipment. The latter message will include a tracking number you can use to track your parcel’s progress to its destination. If you have an online account, you can track your parcel via the My Orders section of your account.


    4. Receive your order securely


    When the parcel is delivered, the identity and age of the person taking delivery will be checked and a signature required. Remember that we deliver within Québec exclusively, and that you are legally allowed to have no more than 30 g of cannabis on your person or 150 g at home.


    * Standard delivery in one to three working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and statutory holidays). Delivery times may be longer in remote areas. Delivery times may also be affected by circumstances beyond our control (ex. high seasonal volumes delaying some deliveries at Canada Post). Please note that the applicable sales taxes are not included in the delivery fees. Delivery fees are subject to change without prior notice.

    ** Express delivery offered on the Island of Montréal, in Laval, and in several cities of the Greater Montréal area. Delivery completed on the same day for orders made before 1 p.m., the next day for orders made after 1 p.m., or the next working day for statutory holidays. Deliveries are made 7 days a week between 3 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. (excluding statutory holidays). Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control (ex. road closures, major accidents). Please note that applicable sales taxes are not included in the delivery fees. Delivery fees are subject to change without prior notice.

    Frequently asked delivery questions


    For standard delivery offered throughout Québec by Canada Post, a fixed fee of $5 (not including taxes) will be charged.

    If you select express delivery, a fixed fee of $9 (not including taxes) will be charged. Express delivery is available on the Island of Montréal, in Laval, and in several cities on the South Shore of Montréal and the West of the Montérégie.

    For all standard deliveries by Canada Post, a signature and proof of age are required so Canada Post will deliver your parcel directly to the address you specify. If no one 21 or older can accept the parcel, a delivery notice will be left to tell you where and when to pick it up.

    No. The SQDC.ca delivery service is available for Québec addresses only.

    Yes. Parcels can be delivered to another person provided he or she is at least 21 years old and the delivery address is in Québec.

    For privacy reasons, parcels from SQDC.ca do not bear any SQDC branding. The sender shown on the parcel is a post office box.

    Orders being prepared for shipment cannot be changed or cancelled. For any questions or problems related to your order, please contact the SQDC’s customer relations team as soon as possible after placing the order.

    When your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email message that contains a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your parcel to its destination on the Canada Post website (E24 for express deliveries).

    For standard deliveries by Canada Post, if you are not around when delivery is attempted but another person 21 or older who can take delivery and sign the acknowledgement of receipt is, Canada Post can leave the parcel with them.

    If no one is able to take delivery of the parcel, a delivery notice will be left to tell you when to pick up your parcel at a Canada Post pick-up point near you.

    Parcels delivered by Canada Post will be left at the post office if you’re not there when they show up. You can have someone pick up your order in your place, as long as he/she is at least 21 years old. If this person lives at the same address, he/she must bring the Canada Post delivery notice and an accepted ID (driver's licence, health insurance card, passport, Canadian citizenship card or any other valid photo ID issued by a recognized government authority) with proof of address. If this person lives at another address, you must sign the Canada Post delivery notice and write their name to confirm they are authorised to pick up the parcel on your behalf.
