The SQDC does not refund purchases, regardless of the reason for returning the product. In addition, an invoice is required in order to exchange a product.
If the product is defective, the SQDC will exchange any product sold in its stores for 14 days following purchase (certain conditions apply). Only products that are improperly dried, contain mould or exhibit a manufacturing defect are considered defective.
To exchange a defective product:

To exchange a defective product:
In the rare cases where we are unable to complete delivery of a parcel due to an inconclusive customer age check, the SQDC will refund the entire amount paid less the delivery fee.
No refund will be issued if the customer does not accept or pick up the parcel by the specified deadline.
