2. Order

Signed up or guest?

To simplify future visits and take full advantage of the features of the SQDC.ca website, we recommend creating an online account. However, if you prefer to shop with even more privacy, you can do so as a guest. In that case, while your personal information will not be saved for future visits, you will still be able to order products and have them delivered.

Age 21 and over only

Regardless of whether you create an online account or shop as a guest, you will have to provide your date of birth to confirm that you are 21 or older. A proof of age will also be required at the time of delivery.

Maximum of 30 g per purchase

By law, the maximum amount of cannabis that can be purchased at a time is 30 g. That is why you cannot buy more than 30 g of cannabis per transaction on through SQDC.ca. Remember that, under the law, you are allowed to have no more than 30 g of cannabis on your person and 150 g at home.

Delivery throughout Québec

We deliver anywhere in Québec in one to three working days*. The delivery fee is $5 per order. See the Delivery section for details.

3. Pay

Accepted payment methods

Canadian Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit, and pre-paid credit cards are accepted on SQDC.ca.

Use the right addresses 

To avoid problems and shipping delays, be sure to enter the correct delivery and billing addresses.

• The delivery address must be in Québec.

• The billing address must be the same as the one that appears on your monthly credit card statement. Only Canadian billing addresses are accepted.

4. Track your order 

On receiving your order, we will email you a message that lists all the ordered products.

You will receive a second email message when your order is about to be shipped. The message will include a tracking number that lets you track the progress of your parcel. If you have an online account, you can also track your order via the My Order section of your account.

5.  Receive your order in 1 to 3 working days*

When the parcel is delivered, the identity and age of the person taking delivery will be checked and a signature required. If no one is able to take delivery, the parcel will be left at a nearby Canada Post pick-up point. See the Delivery section for details.

Please note that PO BOX delivery is not possible for express delivery, as our packages need to be hand delivered for age validation purposes.

*Delivery in one to three working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and statutory holidays). Delivery times may be longer in remote areas. Delivery times may also be affected by circumstances beyond our control (ex. high seasonal volumes delaying some deliveries at Canada Post).
